The Cannabis Control Commission (Commission) will host a virtual public hearing on Monday, August 3, 2020 at 10 a.m., to receive public comment on the promulgation of revised medical- and adult-use of marijuana regulations, as well as the potential elimination of the colocated adult-use and medical-use of marijuana regulations.
Complete the request form below if you are interested in providing public comment before the Commission. Speaking slots are available for the first 100 submissions. Remaining submissions will be placed on a waiting list due to time constraints.
Further instructions will be provided in the coming days. All constituents will receive three minutes to submit their public comment. Signups will close on Friday, July 31 at noon.
