The Cannabis Control Commission will be voting today on the draft Guidance on Control and Ownership that is attached. Applicants and licensees should pay close attention to this guidance document, which seeks to define person or entity having direct control and person or entity having indirect control, so that you do not run afoul of a peron or entity with an undisclosed interest and/or of the three-license limit. Either or both could jeopardize your license(s).
