ABCC Issues a Number of Decisions in September and October for Violations of the COVID-19 Emergency Order. Click the link below to view the ABCC’s decisions issued in 2020. There have been a number of decisions written in September and October for violations of the Governor’s COVID-19 Emergency Order. All of these licenses were suspended indefinitely. A few of them have been reconsidered with the suspension being lifted. As we move into the winter months with the number of COVID cases rising, the ABCC will be doing more compliance checks.
