Baker refiles impaired driving bill ‘equalizing alcohol and marijuana’ – The Boston Globe

The governor’s administration first introduced the Trooper Thomas Clardy Law in 2019. It was named for the state trooper fatally struck in 2016 by a motorist who had THC, the psychoactive compound in marijuana, in his system at the time of the crash.
