Holland Brands v. City of Boston Zoning Board of Appeals. This case was tried by my friend Dennis McKenna. He recently won the this case in Suffolk Superior Court. The Court annulled the decision of the Board in denying Holland Brands’ application for a conditional permit to operate a cannabis retail store in South Boston. It ordered the Board to issue the special permits. The decision is attached.
